Notary Public

Notary Public services now available.  Should you need important documents notarized, Canal Street Cycles now offers this service.  Al can administer oaths, serve as witnesses to signed documents, take sworn testimony (depositions), and verify or certify official documents or copies of official documents.  Service is available during shop hours and fee is $5 per Notary Stamp.

Motorcycle Engine Tuning

To get the very best performance from your motorcycle, Canal Street Cycles offers a range of engine and performance tuning services. If you'd like improved throttle response, better MPG and an increase in overall performance out of your bike, engine tuning is a must!

Basic Dyno Run

$75

Through the use of state-of-the-art computer technology, our  Dynamometer allows you to quickly and accurately diagnose performance  issues. Our experienced tuning staff will perform three runs to get a readout on your bikes current performance capability.  We will provide you with a printed evaluation of your bikes horsepower and torque. 

Stage 1 Tuning

$250 and up

Stage 1 tuning will include the three basic runs to evaluate your bikes current performance, new exhaust and, air filter.  Each individual component affects the bike in different ways and changing one component, like a new set of slip-ons, will change the entire system.  By tuning the bike, you can take advantage of the full performance upgrades you've invested in. 

Perfomance Tuning Package

Our goal is to provide reliable, fun to ride and cost effective parts to meet the riders needs and budget.  Performance Tuning Packages can include head work, cylinder work, head flowing, street porting, cams, pistons, etc. There are many ways to tune and modify an engine. We take a logical approach to establish suitability for your machine and desired performance. Our training and skills allow us to turn your bike into the smooth, powerful road monster you expected. Additional charges may apply for hidden damage or corrosion due to neglect, age of cycle or lack of use for extended periods of time, and for non-standard accessories, all of which require extra labor.
